Svarthukfjellet er en fjellformasjon som utgjør den sydøstligste delen av Edgeøya på Svalbard. Denne delen av øya består av sorte skiferbergarter som har gitt fjellet dets navn. På sentrale deler når fjellet opp i 357-8 moh., mens den nordvestlige delen når opp i 375 meter og i nordvest er den største høyden 368 meter.
Mot syd avsluttes fjellformasjonen i Svarthuken, en 260 meter høy fjellklippe som danner sydspissen på Egdeøya. Mot nord avgrenses Svarthukfjellet av Svarthukdalen som går som en passasje sydøst-nordvest over øya.
Fjellet fikk navn av engelske sjømenn på 1600-tallet på grunn av fargen på berget: Negro Point.[1][2] I 2023 ble det norske navnet endret fra Negerfjellet til Svarthukfjellet etter rasismeanklagelser.[3][4]
