Svitsja (ukrainsk: Свіча, polsk: Świca) er en høyre sideelv til Dnister i det vestlige Ukraina.

Lengden på elven er 106 km, nedbørfeltet 1 490 km². Elven faller 8,3 meter per kilometer.
Svitsja springer ut blant fjellene i Gorgany-massivet i Skogkarpatene, og flyter deretter videre gjennom Karpatenes utløpere mot nordøst. Første del av elva har et smalt løp (5–10 meter), rask strøm, avsatser og steinete fall. Dybden på elva varierer fra 0,5 til 2 meter. Elvas andre del flyter gjennom slettelandet som begynner nord for landsbyen Knjazholuka. Her overstiger ikke hastigheten 30–50 m/min, med mindre stryk i enkelte deler. Elvas bredde er 10–30 meter, dybden 0,5 til 2,5 meter. Høyre bredd har høye skrenter, venstre bredd er lav. Svitsja munner ut i Dnister sørøst for landsbyen Zhuravno.
