Teie ubåtstasjon, også kalt Teie undervannsbåtstasjon, i Tønsberg i Vestfold var orlogsstasjon (flåtestasjon) for det norske ubåtvesenet i Den norske marinen fra 1918 fram til tyskernes okkupasjon av Norge fra april 1940.
Teie ubåtstasjon lå ved Byfjorden i Tønsberg like nedenfor Teie hovedgård på nordspissen av øya Nøtterøy i Tønsberg kommune. Den ble bygd som base for norske ubåter, med kaianlegg, verksted og torpedomagasin, i 1917. I 1926 ble flyveren og ubåtkapteinen Hans Fleischer Dons (1882–1940) utnevnt til sjef for ubåtstasjonen på Teie. Kommandør og marineattasjé Hans Peder Henriksen (født 1894) var sjef for stasjonen 1938–39.[1]
Teie ubåtstasjon ble overtatt av tyskerne etter okkupasjonen i 1940 og brukt som base for Kriegsmarines ubåter i Oslofjorden under andre verdenskrig. Tyskerne holdt også fanger her. Etter krigen overtok Tønsberg kommune bygningene, og benyttet dem til undervisning. Stiftelsen Teie Ubåtstasjon (STUB) har senere restaurert bygningene, og de huser nå et museum. Tønsberg kystkultursenter disponerer den gamle ubåtstasjonen og Svend Foyns riggerloft som er flyttet fra Kaldnes mekaniske verksted som lå i nærheten.
