University of Manitoba (UM, norsk: Universitetet i Manitoba) ble stiftet 1877 ved sammenslåing av de tre collegene St. Boniface College, St. John’s College og Manitoba College, for å kunne gi studentene universitetsutdannelse. UM var det første universitetet i Vest-Canada, og er medlem av nettverket University of the Arctic. Universitetet hadde i 2021 ca. 30 000 studenter og 9 808 ansatte, hvorav 5 730 vitenskapelig ansatte.[13]
