Wang Shenzhi (kinesisk: 王審知, pinyin: Wáng Shěnzhī, født 862 i Gushi fylke i Henan i Kina, død 925), posthumt navn Min Taizu, var grunnlegger av kongeriket Min på Kinas sørøstkyst under de fem dynastiers og ti kongerikers tid i kinesisk historie.
Wang Shenzhis ble utnevnt oppsynnsmann for Fujian av tanghoffet i 892. Wang Shenzhi ble militærguvernør og fyrste av Min i 909 etter Tangdynastiets fall.
Min var et fattig område, og Wang Shenzhi forsøkte å rekruttere dyktige administratorer og gjennomføre politiske endringer som ville stimulere utviklingen der. Det ble bygd opp et effektivt byråkrati og skattesystem og innført tjenlige økonomiske retningslinjer. Hans anstrengelser gavnet også senere maritim handel.
Wang Shenzhi døde i 925. Han ble etterfulgt av sin sønn Wang Yanhan, som utropte seg selv til keiser av Min og posthumt sin far til Min Taizu (grunnleggende keiser). Men så fulgte et opprør som i sin tur skulle bane veien for at riket ble oppslukt av Det sørlige Tang i 945.
