Gothminister

Gothminister er et goth-industriell metal-band fra Norge. Det ble startet av Bjørn Alexander Brem i 1999, og har siden gitt ut åtte album. Gothminister er omtalt som en av de mest ikoniske artistene i scenen.^[1]

Om bandet

Bandets sceneshow inneholder pyrotekniske effekter, animatroniske figurer og fjernstyrte flygende monstre. Bandet deltok i Melodi Grand Prix 2013 med låten «Utopia», men gikk ikke videre fra den andre delfinalen 26. januar.

Albumet Utopia (2013) kom inn på Tysklands offisielle topp 100 salgslister.^[2] Høsten 2017 lanserte bandet sitt sjette album The Other Side.^[3]

Bandet slapp i 2022 albumet Pandemonium.

Bjørn Alexander Brem deltok som soloartist i Melodi Grand Prix 2024 under Gothminister-navnet med låta «We Come Alive», og ble nummer fire i finalen.^[4]
