ਸ਼ਸ਼ੀ ਥਰੂਰ (ਜਨਮ ੯ ਮਾਰਚ ੧੯੫੬) ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਿਰੂਵਨੰਤਪੁਰਮ,ਕੇਰਲ ਤੋਂ ਦੋ ਬਾਰ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਸਦੱਸ ਰੇਹ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹੰਨ. ਇਹ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਕਾੰਗ੍ਰੇਸ ਦੇ ਸੱਦਸ ਹੰਨ. ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪੇਹਲਾਂ ਇਹ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਉਪ ਮਹਾਸਚਿਵ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਾਸਚਿਵ ਪਦ ਲਈ ੨੦੦੬ ਦੇ ਚੁਣਾਵੀ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ. ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਮਹਾਸਚਿਵ ਪਦ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਸ਼ੀ ਥਰੂਰ ਦੱਖਣ ਕੋਰੀਆ ਦੇ ਬਾਨ ਕੀ ਮੂਨ ਤੋਂ ਹਾਰ ਗਏ.ਇਹਨਾ ਦੀ ਤੀਜੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਸੁਨੰਦਾ ਪੁਸ਼ਕਰ ਸੀ. ਇਹ ਸਾਹਿਤਕਾਰ(ਲੇਖਕ) ਨੇ.
