Премия «Грэмми» за лучший музыкальный театральный альбом (англ. Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album) — категория премии «Грэмми» которая вручается с 1959 года. Награда обычно присуждается продюсеру (продюсерам) альбома, главному вокалисту (главным вокалистам), а также композитору (композиторам) и автору слов (авторам слов), если они написали новую музыку, которая составляет 51% или более времени воспроизведения альбома.
