Atarib (Arabic: الأتارب / ALA-LC: al-Atārib) is a Sirie destrict (mantiqah) admeenistratively belangin tae Aleppo Govrenorate. Its caipital ceety is the ceety o Atarib. The population o the destrict is 76,962 accordin tae the 2004 offeecial census.[1]
Till December 2008, Atarib wis a sub-destrict athin the Munt Simeon Destrict.[2]
Diveesions
The destrict o Atarib is dividit intae three sub-destricts or Nāḥiyas:
- Atarib nahiyah (ناحية الأتارب).
- Ibbin Samaan nahiyah (ناحية أبين سمعان).
- Urum al-Kubrah nahiyah (ناحية أورم الكبرى).
