Beslan (Roushie: Бесла́н; Ossetian: Беслӕн; 
the name in Ossetic (help·info)) is a toun an the admeenistrative center o Pravoberezhny Destrict o the North Ossetie-Alanie, Roushie. In terms o population, Beslan is the third lairgest toun in the republic ahint Vladikavkaz an Mozdok. Population: 35,550 (2002 Census);[1] 32,469 (1989 Census).[2]
