Fred Waldron Phelps, Sr. (13 November 1929 – 19 Mairch 2014) wis an American pastor, civil rights activist an disbarred lawyer. He is best kent for heidin the Westboro Baptist Church (WBC), an independent Baptist kirk basit in Topeka, Kansas.[1] He wis born in Meridian, Mississippi.[1]
