Irkutsk Oblast (Roushie: Ирку́тская о́бласть, Irkutskaya oblast) is a federal subject o Roushie (an oblast), locatit in sootheastren Siberie in the basins o Angara River, Lena, an Nizhnyaya Tunguska Rivers. The admeenistrative center is the ceety o Irkutsk. Population: 2,428,750 (2010 Census).^[7]
