Manuel Olivencia Ruiz (25 Julie 1929 – 1 Januar 2018) wis a Spanish lawyer wi a career as a professor, economist, an diplomat. He workit at the University o Seville an organizit Seville Expo '92. He wis born in Ronda, Spain. He won the Creu de Sant Jordi Award in 1990.
