James "Midge" Ure, OBE (born 10 October 1953, in Cambuslang, Lanrikshire) is a Scots guitarist, sanger, keyboard player, an sangwriter. His stage name, Midge, is a phonetic reversal o Jim, the diminutive form o his real name.

Ure acts as trustee for the charity, an serves as ambassador for Save the Children.
