Ulyanovsk (Roushie: Улья́новск, umwhile Simbirsk (Симби́рск), is a ceety an the admeenistrative center o Ulyanovsk Oblast, Roushie, locatit on the Volga River 893 kilometer (555 mi) east frae Moscow. Population: 613,793 (2010 Census);[5] 635,947 (2002 Census);[11] 625,155 (1989 Census).[12]
