William John Francis Naughton ili Bill Naughton (12. jun 1910 – 9. januar 1992) bio je britanski književnik rodom iz Irske, najpoznatiji po drami Alfie koja je poslužila kao predložak za popularni istoimeni film iz 1966. godine. Naughton se u svom opusu uglavnom bavio prikazom života britanske radničke klase i nižih slojeva. Za svoj rad je dobio niz prestižnih nagrada.
