Acciona, S. A. is a Spanish company for the promotion and management of infrastructures (water, concessions, constructions and services) and renewable energies. It has a presence in 65 countries on five continents.[1] The company founded in 1862 in Galicia.

At the beginning of 2018, Transmediterránea would finally be sold to the Canarian company Naviera Armas.[2]
In January 2018 Acciona signed a EUR 100 million loan with the European Investment Bank.
