Jakov Milatović ( Јаков Милатовић; born 7 December 1986) is a Montenegrin politician and economist who is the President of Montenegro. He defeated President Milo Đukanović in the 2023 presidential election. He was the minister of economy and economic development from 4 December 2020 until 28 April 2022.[1]
