Stephen Francis Lynch (born March 31, 1955) is an American politician. He has been a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Massachusetts since 2001. He is a Democrat representing Massachusetts's 8th congressional district.

Lynch ran for the Democratic nomination in the 2013 special election for the U.S. Senate but lost to Ed Markey.[1]
