Abigail Kathleen Breslin (born April 14, 1996)[1] is an American actress. Breslin was born in New York City, New York.[2] She first appeared in the 2002 science fiction movie, Signs. Breslin had her breakthrough role in the 2006 comedy-drama Little Miss Sunshine where she played Olive Hoover. At age 10, she was one of the youngest people to be nominated for an Academy Award.[3]

Personal life
In April 2017, Breslin revealed that she has been diagnosed with Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after she was raped by an ex-boyfriend.[4]
On January 28, 2023, Breslin announced that she married Ira Kunyansky.[5]
