Arthur Timothy Read is a fictional anthropomorphic aardvark created by the author Marc Brown.[1] The main character of the book and television series, he is in the third grade and lives in the fictional city of Elwood City.[2]

The list of Arthur's school friends according to third grade in Lakewood Elementary School―his rabbit Buster Baxter to protect the preventing aliens and join watching Bionic Bunny, both romantic monkeys Francine and Muffy, bully and evilized bulldog Binky Barnes, and scientific and smart bear Alan "The Brain" Powers. They have great friends and fall in love and against his will.

At the Read's resident, his life is interrupted by the dwarfish and annoying sister, Dora Winifred, she promise he wants to finish homework and leaving alone things. However, in the episode "Arthur's Big Hit", he furiously accidentally punched D.W.'s arm (as a very titular meme on the internet).

His guest star, Mister Rogers, is very kind to him, when he was worried his friends would teasing him for being friends with Mister Rogers.
