Rebecca A. Balint (born May 4, 1968) is an American educator, writer, and politician who is a member of the United States House of Representatives from Vermont's at-large congressional district since 2023. She was a member of the Vermont Senate as a member of the Democratic Party from 2015 to 2023. She was also the President pro tempore of the Vermont Senate from 2021 to 2023. She was the Majority Leader in the state senate from 2017 to 2021.

In December 2021, Balint announced her candidacy for the United States House of Representatives for Vermont's at-large congressional district in the 2022 election.[1] She won the Democratic nomination in August 2022.[2] She won the general election in November 2022.

Balint is openly lesbian.[3]
