Blaine is a city in Washington in the United States (USA). It is in Whatcom County. The Peace Arch Park is located there.[5]
Blaine is located on the International border between Canada and the USA.
The first name of Blaine was Concord. The name was changed in 1884 in honor of James G. Blaine (1830-1893), a Republican leader.[6]
