Carly Pearce (born Carly Cristyne Slusser on April 24, 1990 in Kentucky) is an American country music singer-songwriter.[1] Her materials are filled with elements of traditional and contemporary country-pop music. Pearce began her career when she was a teenager. She appeared on several bluegrass music albums during the 2000s (decade).
Pearce moved herself into Nashville, Tennessee. She won several different awards. They include several Country Music Association Awards, Grammy Awards and some CMT awards.[2] Her songs include "Truck on Fire", "I Hope You're Happy Now" and "The Next Girl".
