The Carthaginian tree frog (Hyla carthaginiensis) is a tree frog from Algeria and Tunisia. It lives in the northern parts of both countries, in places where there is plenty of water in the air.[1][2]
Scientists say this frog is related to Hyla meridionalis.[1]
