Diffa Region is one of the seven regions of Niger. The regional capital is Diffa.
As of the 2012 census, 593,821 people lived there. It has an area of 140,216 km2 (54,138 sq mi).

There are six departments:
- Bosso Department
- Diffa Department
- Goudoumaria Department
- Maine-soroa Department
- N'Gourti Department
- N'guigmi Department
