Extended play (EP) is a name given to CDs and records which contain more music than a single, but are too short to be called a music album.[1][2] EPs usually have about 15 to 30 minutes of music,[8] singles have less than 10 minutes and albums have about 25 to 80 minutes of music.[source?]
