Frederick Chiluba

Frederick Jacob Titus Chiluba (April 30, 1943 – June 18, 2011) was a Zambian politician. He was the second President of Zambia from 1991 to 2002.

Chiluba died on June 18, 2011 from heart failure, aged 68.^[1]
