A graham cracker (said /ˈɡreɪ.əm/ or /ˈɡræm/ in America) is a sweet tasting cracker (biscuit) made with graham flour.[1] The flour was created in the United States in the mid-19th century. The crackers are eaten as a snack food. Most of them are honey- or cinnamon-tasting.
