Garrison made his first appearance on AEW television when he lost to Jimmy Havoc on the June 16, 2020 episode of AEW Dark.[1] He went on to lose three more matches on Dark and made his Dynamite debut in a lose to MJF.[2] Afterwards, Garrison began to start teaming with Brian Pillman Jr. and calling themselves the Varsity Blonds. They were later joined the next month by their manager Julia Hart.[3] After multiple losses over the next few months, Garrison earned his first AEW victory after Pillman and he defeated Cezar Bononi & David Ali on the October 6 episode of Dark.[4] On the November 6 episode of Dark, Garrison got his first singles victory after he defeated Ariel Dominguez.[5]
On July 12, 2021, Garrison officially signed a contract to become a full-time member of the All Elite Wrestling (AEW) roster.[6] At Double or Nothing, Hart officially left The Varsity Blonds and the team split up in October 2022.
On June 13, 2023, Garrison began to wrestle on AEW's sister promotion Ring of Honor (ROH) and debuted in a loss to Lee Moriarty.[7]
