HM Treasury

His Majesty's Treasury (HM Treasury), often known as the Exchequer, or unofficially the Treasury, is the department of the Government of the United Kingdom that is behind the government's public finance policy and economy policies. The Treasury also operates the Online System for Central Accounting and Reporting (OSCAR), that replaced the Combined Online Information System (COINS).^[3]
