Jean Miotte (1926 – 1 March 2016) was a French abstract painter. He worked with the style known as L'Art Informel.[1] He was born in Paris. Miotte's work is preserved and studied at the Miotte Foundation in Manhattan.

Moitte died in New York City, New York at the age of 90.
