Kyle McCulloch (born November 11, 1962) is a Canadian television writer, producer and voice actor. He is best known for writing for the cartoon shows South Park and SpongeBob SquarePants. He also created and voiced the title character of the web series Mr. Wong (2000–2001). He moved to Los Angeles California in 1993 from Winnipeg
