Layla El (born 25 June 1977) is an English dancer, model and retired professional wrestler. She is best known for her time with WWE. During her time in the WWE, Layla became a one-time Divas Champion, a one-time and the last holder of the original Women's Championship, and the winner of the 2006 WWE Diva Search.[1][2][3]

Career
Before becoming a professional wrestler, she was a dancer for the NBA's Miami Heat from 2004 to 2006. She has returned to the team since 2015 up until the present.[4]
On 29 July 2015, it was announced that Layla decided to retire from professional wrestling and she was released from her WWE contract.[5]
