Manfred Melzer (28 February 1944 – 9 August 2018) was a German bishop of the Roman Catholic Church. He was born in Solingen-Ohligs, Germany. He was appointed by Pope Benedict XVI. He was an Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Cologne from 1995 to 2015.

Melzer died in Cologne on 9 August 2018, aged 74.[1]
