Manfred Zapf (born 24 August 1946[1]) is a former German footballer and manager. He earned 16 caps for East Germany[2]) caps for East Germany between 1969 and 1975,[3] and played for them at the 1972 Summer Olympics, where he won a bronze medal.[4]

Zapf spent his whole career with 1. FC Magdeburg, and was the team's captain when they won the 1973–74 European Cup Winners' Cup. In total, he played 357 league matches for 1. FC Magdeburg, including 327 in the DDR-Oberliga.[1]
