Oliver Alexander Thornton (born 15 July 1990), better known as Olly Alexander, is an English singer and actor from Harrogate. He was the lead singer of the band Years & Years from 2010 to 2021.[1] He continued releasing music under the name 'Years & Years' until 2023.
Alexander has also made several television appearances including performing the lead role in the Channel 4 series It's a Sin. He represented the United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with the song "Dizzy", finishing 18th with 46 points. [2]
