Ralph Warren Norman Jr. (born June 20, 1953) is an American real estate developer and politician. He has been the U.S. representative for South Carolina's 5th congressional district since 2017.[1] He is a member of the Republican Party. He was a member of the South Carolina state representative for the 48th district from 2005 to 2007 and from 2009 to 2017.
Norman supported having martial law in the United States to stop the transfer of power to President-elect Joe Biden in January 2021.[2][3]
