Ralph Straus Regula (December 3, 1924 — July 19, 2017) was an American politician. He served as the United States Representative for Ohio's 16th congressional district from 1973 to 2009. He retired in January 2009 after 18 consecutive terms. He was a member of the Republican Party.
In the 110th Congress (2007–2009), he was the second longest serving Republican member of the House of Representatives (after Bill Young of Florida).
Regula died in Bethlehem Township, Stark County, Ohio on July 19, 2017 at the age of 92.[1]
