Ralph Wolfe Cowan (December 16, 1931 – September 4, 2018) was an American portrait artist. He painted more reigning monarchs and heads of state than any artist in history.[1] He was born in Phoebus, Virginia.
Cowan died in West Palm Beach, Florida on September 4, 2018 at the age of 86.[2]
