Richard Marles

Richard Donald Marles (born 13 July 1967-present) was an Australian politician who is the Deputy Prime Minister of Australia since 2022. He had also been deputy leader of the Australian Labor Party (ALP) since 2019.^[1][2] He was a parliamentary secretary from 2009 to 2013, and briefly was Minister for Trade in the second Rudd Government from June to September 2013.
