Ronald Gerald Wayne (born May 17, 1934) is a retired American electronics industry worker. He co-founded Apple Computer (now Apple Inc.) with Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs.[1] Wayne drew the first Apple logo. He created the partnership agreement. He also wrote the Apple I manual.[2] After two weeks he amended his share agreement to limit his liability to 10% of the new company and got payment for a total of $800 USD for his services. His 10% share would be worth USD 303 billion today.[1][3]
