Saharanpur is a city in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is the administrative headquarters of Saharanpur district.
Saharanpur is declared as one of the 100 Smart Cities in India by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs as a part of Smart Cities Mission.[1]
