Santiago de Cuba is a city in Cuba. It is the country's second largest city after Havana. It is the capital of the Santiago de Cuba Province. The largest institute of higher education University of Oriente is located in the province.
In fact it was the first city developed in Cuba by Spain and is a World Heritage Site.
