Saudia (Arabic: السعودية Script error: The function "transl" does not exist.), formerly known as Saudi Arabian Airlines (Arabic: الخطوط الجوية العربية السعودية Script error: The function "transl" does not exist.) is the flag carrier and largest airline of Saudi Arabia, based in Jeddah.[2][3] It was started in 1945 with the help of the United States government. [4] TWA managed the airline until the 1960s.[5] The airline joined SkyTeam in May 2012. As of 2024, Saudia goes to more then 95 cities worldwide.[6]
