Thomas Chandy (29 October 1947 – 20 December 2019) was an Indian businessman and politician. He was born in Chennamkary, Kerala, India. Chandy was a member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly from 2006 until his death. In 2017, he was the Minister of Transport of Kerala. Chandy was a member of the Nationalist Congress Party.

Chandy died of stomach cancer at a hospital in Ernakulam, Kerala on 20 December 2019 at the age of 72.[1]
