Tim Matheson

Tim Matheson (born Timothy Lewis Matthieson; December 24, 1947) is an American actor and television director and producer.^[1] He is best known for his roles as Eric "Otter" Stratton in the comedy movie National Lampoon's Animal House (1978) and of Vice President John Hoynes in the NBC drama The West Wing. He was also the voice of Johnny Quest in the animated series Jonny Quest.
