Valentino S.p.A. is an Italian luxury fashion house founded in 1960 by Valentino Garavani and part of the Valentino Fashion Group.^[1] The company has its registered office in Milan.^[2] Its cosmetic line, Valentino Beauty license is owned by L'Oreal Group.
