Victoria Rowell

Victoria Rowell (born May 10, 1960^[1] inPortland, Maine)^[2][3][4] is an American actress and writer. She stars mostly on television programs. She played the character Drucilla in the CBS soap series The Young and the Restless. She also did other television programs.
