Virginia Luque (born Violeta Mabel Domínguez 4 October 1927 – 3 June 2014) was an Argentine tango singer and movie actress. She appeared in 20 tango movies between 1943 and 1976.[1]
Luque was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
She began her career in 1943 in La guerra la gano yo. She appeared in many movies, her famous one was Arriba el Telón o el Patio de la Morocha (1951). She also starred in La Balandra Isabel llegó esta tarde (1949).[2]
Luque died on June 3, 2014 from natural causes at the age of 86 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
